Stáv in the USA

Hello and welcome to Ice and Fire USA's Website.

My name is Miki Tracey and I am the President of the club as of April 2006.

I stumbled upon Stav in 2004 while researching runes for a personal project and was enthralled with both its Norse origin and its simplicity. As a practicioner of various forms of Yoga the Mind/Body/Spirit aspect of Stav was very appealing to me.

Through an interesting series of serendipitous coincidences I became active with a stav mailing list, planned the first training in the eastern US, and Joined Ice and Fire, all because i was doing some online research on runes.

Our first seminar in the Eastern US was in October of 2005. I began to practice Stav regularly during that seminar in 2005. When six months passed, and our second seminar was being postponed I traveled to the UK to attend the Ice and Fire Healing Camp in May of 2006. I hope that you will find Stav as interesting and beneficial as I do, I hope that this website is enough information to get you interested and that you Join us and attend our Twice Yearly (we hope) seminars and that with you, we can expand into a larger organization with more frequent trainings in other locations in the US.
